A few weeks ago the Vestry announced that we are exploring additional affordable housing opportunities. Our consultant, Second Stories, has a number of excellent opportunities, and needs to focus their recommendations based on what we value as a community. These recommendations will all include the removal of the current building and its replacement by housing, a smaller space dedicated to St. Philip, and possible non-profit childcare or commercial enterprises. The congregation will discuss these new recommendations before any decisions are made.Please fill out this brief questionnaire by January 13th (this Friday). The questionnaire responses will be used in a decision matrix to inform the recommendation. All the responses are confidential (we can see the responses, not who submitted them).
