As a participant, you will review and refine potential cover concept scenarios and assess how the design of each concept supports the community’s vision and restorative justice outcomes. Your feedback will inform development options for the highway covers and tell us how we can best create economic and community development opportunities and restore neighborhood access to knit the Albina community back together.
