We’d like to offer heavy snacks or a light lunch during coffee hour so we can spend more time together every week in informal fellowship.
To make this work, we need parishioners willing to take the lead each week. You can sign up for a single week or several, maybe even one a month. You can work in pairs or teams to share the responsibilities; working side-by-side is something that brings us JOY!
Coffee hour host responsibilities include:
-Providing heavy snacks or light lunch food
-Making coffee (provided by the church)
-Setting up the refreshment table (compostable plates, napkins, and flatware are provided)
-Cleaning up afterwards
